Why Choose Usthe difference

What makes us different is our temperament conditioning, Biosensor stimulation , leash training, and early crate training, and we let you choose your pup! We’re proud to be a breeder that follows Puppy Culture . You can read our Doodle Blog pages to learn more about the work we do with each litter.
We understand the importance of the first critical 8 weeks in a pup’s life and the opportunity we have in those earliest days and weeks to impact a dog for life! By the time the puppy goes home to his forever family, fear stages have set in and much of that opportunity is already gone.

Also, we let you choose your puppy! We feel strongly that you should be able to select your pup. This is done in order of our reservation list at seven weeks of age.
As a long time breeder, we’ve also talked to many families that call us because they’ve lost their doodle at an early age, due to disease. This is heartbreaking. We know that sometimes nature or the environment can throw a bad, painful blow to health, but we do our very best to screen our breeding parents fully, to avoid any disease traits that could be passed down. Unfortunately, not all breeders do this. Yet, many disease traits are totally preventable!
We love our puppies and we want everyone to leave us to go on to a “happy ever after” life! It costs more to breed pups this way, but we would never want to compromise health testing or temperament work to cut costs.
Here’s the work we do with each puppy we raise: – A daily routine of early neurological stimulation (known as the Biosensor program ) started when they are only 4 days old. – Emotional conditioning through each phase of their development to condition them to be confident, relaxed, and without anxiety even in stressful situations, especially important before the fear phase sets in (around 5 weeks of age.) – Lots of holding and one-on-one to build their confidence, sense of security, and attachment to humans. – Baths, blow drying, and ongoing socialization with LOTS of different people, and experiences, before they leave our home. – Litter box training in early weeks to teach them to respect their sleep and play areas and learn that there is a special spot to go potty. – And crate training before they leave to start preparing them to be alone and away from the litter, to help their transition to their new “den” – a crate. Studies show that puppies that are crate trained are more secure as adult dogs.

We do our best to produce amazing dogs for life! Our focus is thorough genetic testing, pedigree examination and temperament. We know that the first eight weeks of life really does matter. Our breeding responsibility starts with choosing parents with great temperaments and excellent coats as we realize most of this will pass on to their pups. Then, we do lots of genetic testing to make sure we know the DNA and make up of each of our dogs prior to breeding. Once a litter arrives, we invest all we know to do, as we’ve learned from the latest studies regarding canine behavior and conditioning, and we follow through on our best formula to raise a pup without missing any critical steps until they leave our home. The important biosensor program steps are started at four days old for important neurological stimulation, we follow Puppy Culture philosophies to raise the best pups for life, and we do early crate training to help pups to transition smoothly to their new lives after leaving us. We do sound and sight conditioning to prepare pups to “scary” sounds and situations for life, so important to do before fear stages start. And more! Our goal is to raise happy, confident, anxiety-free dogs with excellent temperaments for life!

There are a lot of breeders out there, so why buy a puppy from us? Read our testimonials to see the results in the pups we raise! What makes us different is our emotional conditioning from the earliest days and strategic planning for creating right temperaments for each week and each early stage of development. Although it’s important, it’s not just about holding and nurturing each puppy. We follow the Puppy Culture philosophy that tells us there’s so much more we can do for each puppy now , before they pass each critical stage of emotional development.

We’re a family breeder and we treat each individual puppy as if they really matter, because they do! We know that we can impact them positively or negatively for LIFE depending on how much attention we give them.
Check out our “ Doodlemonials ” page and comments on our Facebook page to learn more about the quality of the puppies that leave our home. This is only a glimpse of the positive responses we get from the families that have adopted from us.
We are in love with our puppies! Not just saying that, come and see. Why is that important? Because that drives all the decisions we make. The care we bring, the health testing and pedigree lines we will use (great puppies starts with parents with great temperaments), and the nurturing we pour into each pup!

Early pup training begins with the Dr. Battaglia’s Bio Sensor program starting at day four to help stimulate them neurologically. We start litter box training in the earliest weeks to prepare them for the next stage of potty training. We work on emotional conditioning at every important stage, and do early crate training in their final weeks with us to prepare them for their forever homes.
We want the adoption process to be a happy one for everyone. Crate training time, regular baths, and lots of snuggling and lap time is essential to preparing them for a successful life with a new family. The “Puppy Culture” philosophy that we adopted and those techniques are added into our weekly care of every pup we raise.
We are ALAA members, have passed the criteria and high standards as a Good Dog Breeder and go above and beyond to meet all the code of ethics needed to be considered a great, reputable breeder.
In addition, we do temperament testing on each puppy at seven weeks of age to ensure their temperament is solid and we use the testing scores to make sure nothing has been missed and that we’ve successfully conditioned each and every puppy to be ready for their forever home, with great confidence, people connection skills, and intelligence – to be a service dog, a therapy pup, or just a great companion!
We work with our buyers to help them through the adjustment period with their new puppy and often maintain contact with our families long after the puppy has left us.
Nearly every visitor that has come to our home has made the decision to adopt from us, and we think that’s a pretty good indicator that we’re doing things right. Some have even been patient enough to wait for many months after meeting our dogs and seeing the environment our pups are raised in.
Excellence in early puppy care is essential to the lifetime quality, personality and temperament of a dog. Most adult dog behavior problems stem from training, neglect or fear issues that occurred in the earliest days, weeks and months of a puppy’s life.

Make sure the breeder you choose is giving their pups the BEST care with lots of protection, supervision and love starting in the puppy’s earliest days of life. Ask about genetics, temperaments of the parents and how each puppy is raised and cared for from birth. Before you adopt, ask lots of questions and try and pay a visit to buy from only the best, most trusted breeder.

We are proud members of the Australian Labradoodle Association. Our breeding dogs are ALAA DNA Profiled. All of our breeding dogs have been DNA’d and their DNA profiles have been submitted to the ALAA. This has been done to protect the buyer and support parentage identification. We are proud to be an ALAA and Puppy Culture breeder.
